ARC Dining and Wine Bar presents The Chef and The Winemaker

Starting at 5pm with 5 dishes starting at $5, come and experience unique bar snacks and sensational wines overlooking the city lights at ARC Wine Bar.

Thi Le from Hatted Restaurant Anchovy in Melbourne and Jared Dixon from Jilly wines in Northern NSW are heading to Queensland and joining Alanna Sapwell and Ian Trinkle at ARC Wine bar for two nights only.

Expect a menu showcasing Thi Le’s South East Asian influence and their joint dedication to using the best produce in Australia. Dishes of the evening will be paired with five feature wines selected by Jared Dixon, head winemaker.
