Join us on May 10th for an exclusive Stefano Lubiana wine dinner featuring their minimal intervention Tasmanian wines including a taste of their cellar release ‘Sasso’ Pinot Noir. You’ll be guided through the evening by Stefano Lubiana himself alongside Stanley’s Head Sommelier Alex Gale.
Hosted in the upstairs dining room, you’ll be treated to a four-course banquet of Stanley signature dishes curated by Head Chef Louis Tikaram whilst experiencing a matching selection of Stefano Lubiana wines – each with unique & distinctive characters derived from their traditional & environmentally sensitive principals.
The dinner is $220pp, complete with a curated Cantonese banquet & Stefano Lubiana wine pairings per course from Tasmania’s first biodynamic vineyard.
