Clayton Wells from Sydney’s highly acclaimed Automata and A1 Canteen will join Stanley Head Chef, Louis Tikaram for one night only on 30th March, offering diners a taste of his creative, edgy and culturally diverse dishes inspired by his newest venture, MOD. Dining by Clayton Wells.
