Clayton Wells from Sydney’s highly acclaimed Automata and A1 Canteen will join Stanley Head Chef, Louis Tikaram for one night only on 30th March, offering diners a taste of his creative, edgy and culturally diverse dishes inspired by his newest venture, MOD. Dining by Clayton Wells.

Expect a mouth-watering share-style banquet menu curated to showcase the best of both Chefs’ skills and unique approaches to cooking, utilising the best seafood, meat and seasonal produce including Cloudy Bay clams, Painted tropical crayfish, banana blossom king prawns and more.
