CONCA DEL SOGNO
Nestled on Recommone Beach in Nerano, between Capri and Positano, Conca del Sogno is one of the Amalfi Coast’s most iconic beach clubs and dining destinations, celebrated for its stunning seaside setting, long lunches and relaxed coastal atmosphere.
Making its Australian debut at FESTA ITALIANA, Conca del Sogno’s chef will travel to Brisbane to join Orazio D’Elia in recreating the restaurant’s famous spaghetti alla Nerano, featuring zucchini, Provolone del Monaco and parmesan, bringing a taste of the Amalfi Coast to the Brisbane River for the first time.
LA DOLCE VITA
See Main Lawn come alive as Orazio D’Elia brings the flavour and theatre of Italy to the Brisbane River, with a vibrant outdoor grill station serving porchetta stuffed focaccia fresh from the grill.
Feast on Orazio’s signature Rigatoni alla Vodka, rich with tomato, chilli, cream and a splash of vodka, alongside Calamarata pasta with fresh calamari, cherry tomatoes, garlic and chilli inspired by the flavours of Southern Italy’s coastline.
Guests can also enjoy slices of Pizza Romana topped with Italian classics including margherita and capricciosa.
RIVERSIDE APERITIVO
At the centre of the experience is Conca del Sogno’s signature Sgroppino, a refreshing Venetian cocktail blending lemon sorbet, vodka and prosecco, theatrically served by renowned host Pierluigi Guidone during the festival’s iconic “Sgroppino Show”.
The drinks offering will also feature classic Italian spritzes including Aperol, Hugo and Limoncello Spritzes, alongside peach bellinis inspired by the iconic Harry’s Bar in Venice, Amaretto Sours and Italian style frozen cocktails designed for long afternoons by the river.
Guests can also enjoy a curated selection of Italian wines and digestivi, as well as a bespoke Italian Lager brewed by Felons Brewing Co. exclusively for FESTA ITALIANA.
