Executive Chef Louis Tikaram has crafted unique, Cantonese-inspired canapé menus, featuring refined small bites and elegant plates, each thoughtfully designed to pair perfectly with Stan’s beverage offering.

Stan’s offers a personalised beverage experience for each event. The drinks menu features an exquisite selection of expertly crafted cocktails with a focus on delivering perfectly balanced, modern interpretations of timeless classics. In addition to Stan’s extensive cocktail and spirits list, Head Sommelier Alex Gale will guide you through the Stanley wine list featuring premium wines from around the world.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

Our menu contains many food allergens and intolerances. All food items are prepared in the same kitchen handling ingredients made from the main food allergens and
intolerances. Purchased ingredients also contain food allergens and intolerances. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate individual guest’s dietary needs, we cannot guarantee our food will be 100% allergen or intolerance free.
Selected dishes can be prepared without the addition of selected ingredients; however, we cannot guarantee that traces will not remain.
A list of guests names with dietary requirements for all guests are required seven (7) days prior to your event

Is there any AV included?

AV equipment including presentation screens and microphones for speeches can be arranged for an additional fee. Placement of AV equipment is subject to venue approval and may impact capacities.

Due to the specialty equipment installed at Stan’s, DJs must be booked via our Entertainment Manager. Hourly rates start from $100.

Can I bring a cake?

You are welcome to bring a cake for a celebration; a $5 per person up to a maximum of $50 cakeage fee applies.  We can store, cut and serve the cake to your guests.

Is the venue fully private?

All Stan’s Exclusive Hire bookings will be fully private for the duration of your event.

Stanley Side Deck

Stanley is a two-storey Cantonese restaurant inspired by the moody waterfront of Hong Kong’s picturesque Stanley Bay.

With a private bar and flexible configuration, the upper side deck shines in our sub-tropical landscape. With Stanley’s historic façade and greenery on encasing the space either side, it lends itself to all types of celebrations and corporate events.

Mr Percival’s City Deck

Mr. Percival’s overwater bar is situated directly beneath the majestic Story Bridge, providing unrivaled and unsurpassed views of Brisbane’s cityscape.

Sip, relax and watch the sunset while enjoying a selection of delicious eats. It’s not difficult to imagine afternoons turning to evenings with DJ’s every weekend and dance the night away over the river at one of Brisbane’s most iconic locations. Taking cues from Europe’s popular beach clubs, it’s impossible not to unwind at Mr Percival’s. 

Located on the west side of the venue, City Deck has uninterrupted views of the city skyline and an overwater location, it’s truly an unforgettable space. Access to the city deck is via the main entrance to Mr Percival’s.

The Felons Deck offers private entry directly into the event space and features a private bar, offering an additional level of comfort and exclusivity to you guests.

Felons Chipper Deck

Positioned beneath the cliffs, with unrivalled views of the Story Bridge, Brisbane River and the city skyline, the Chipper Deck Terrace at Felons Brewing Co. offers a unique & private open-air experience.

* As an open air venue, Felons Chipper deck can be impacted by weather. In case of inclement weather, tables will be reserved underneath the deck as a wet weather contingency.

ACCESS

The Chipper Deck is access via stairs only, if your group has accessibility requirements we suggest Brew Deck as a venue option which is accessible via lift from Felons Barrel Hall.

Can I have entertainment?

As the Chipper Deck opens out onto public areas of Howard Smith Wharves, private entertainment (musicians and DJs) is not permitted.  We’re able to offer the venue house music through the speakers within the space, the venue retains control of volume at all times in order to comply with our noise regulations.

Can you cater to dietary requirements?

We can cater to all special dietary requirements and our team are passionate about providing guests with special dietary requirements with an equitable and memorable experience.  Dietary requirements are required seven (7) days prior to your event, rare and very special requirements may require additional lead time and minimum quantity orders.

What's included in the minimum spend?

Access to the space is provided 30 minutes prior to the event start time and 30 minutes after the conclusion.  Event duration is dictated by the catering package.

We do not provide any additional styling or theming. Please contact our team if you wish to bring in styling or theming.

Can I change the furniture for my event?

Due to the style of the furniture on Chipper Deck, unfortunately the furniture cannot be changes or removed.

Are the bathrooms located close by?

There are bathrooms located in Felons beneath the chipper deck. All bathrooms within the HSW precinct are provided for events, patrons and general public.

Yoko

Spread the good times over two vibrant levels of waterside drinking and dining with an exclusive takeover of Yoko. Sip Yuzu slushie cocktails in Brisbane’s open-air, under the Story Bridge. Conspire over flavour-packed noodles and fresh seafood in our main dining room, accented with bold pops of yellow and neon lights. Saunter upstairs to our hidden private room and spin a record or two late into the night. Options for every occasion and size, with packages to pull out all the stops.
