Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

Our menu contains many food allergens and intolerances. All food items are prepared in the same kitchen handling ingredients made from the main food allergens and
intolerances. Purchased ingredients also contain food allergens and intolerances. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate individual guest’s dietary needs, we cannot guarantee our food will be 100% allergen or intolerance free.
Selected dishes can be prepared without the addition of selected ingredients; however, we cannot guarantee that traces will not remain.
A list of guests names with dietary requirements for all guests are required seven (7) days prior to your event

Is there any AV included?

AV equipment including presentation screens and microphones for speeches can be arranged for an additional fee. Placement of AV equipment is subject to venue approval and may impact capacities.

Due to the specialty equipment installed at Stan’s, DJs must be booked via our Entertainment Manager. Hourly rates start from $100.

Can I bring a cake?

You are welcome to bring a cake for a celebration; a $5 per person up to a maximum of $50 cakeage fee applies.  We can store, cut and serve the cake to your guests.

Is the venue fully private?

All Stan’s Exclusive Hire bookings will be fully private for the duration of your event.

Stanley Side Deck

Stanley is a two-storey Cantonese restaurant inspired by the moody waterfront of Hong Kong’s picturesque Stanley Bay.

Mr. Percival’s overwater bar is situated directly beneath the majestic Story Bridge, providing unrivaled and unsurpassed views of Brisbane’s cityscape.

It’s not difficult to imagine afternoons turning to evenings with DJ’s every weekend and dance the night away over the river at one of Brisbane’s most iconic locations. Taking cues from Europe’s popular beach clubs, it’s impossible not to unwind at Mr Percival’s. 

Located on the west side of the venue, City Deck has uninterrupted views of the city skyline and an overwater location, it’s truly an unforgettable space. Access to the city deck is via the main entrance to Mr Percival’s.

Howard Smith Wharves is subject to noise regulations as set by Brisbane City Council.  All outdoor amplified music must cease at 10pm, venue doors will be closed at this time and outdoor speakers will be turned off. Entertainment in line with the indoor noise restrictions may continue after this time.  Details on specific noise restrictions for Rivershed can be found in the fact sheet.

How does the beverage work for my event?

Many of our clients opt for a beverage package which is priced per person dependant on the duration of your event.  You may opt for a consumption/bar tab – labour charges may apply.

Bougainvillea House features a wrap-around veranda with stunning elevated views of the Story Bridge and city skyline. Inspired by summer holidays in the Mediterranean and the relaxed Queensland lifestyle, this space is ideally suited to intimate dinners and cocktail celebrations.

Bougainvillea House features an interior bar with external access to the veranda, perfect for arrival drinks and service throughout your event. Perched on a small hill at the East end of the precinct, Bougainvillea House has an added element of privacy and ‘wow’ factor with elevated views.
