We can cater to all special dietary requirements and our team are passionate about providing guests with special dietary requirements with an equitable and memorable experience.  Dietary requirements are required seven (7) days prior to your event, rare and very special requirements may require additional lead time and minimum quantity orders.

Whilst we take the highest care in providing all guests dietary requirements, products such as eggs, gluten, nuts, dairy, pork etc. are used throughout our kitchen and we cannot guarantee that all products that are used will not cause cross-contamination with the guest’s dietary needs.

Live entertainment for your event creates a wonderful atmosphere and can really elevate your guest experience.

Felons Barrel Hall is a live music venue – perfect for any style of entertainment and major artists.

Aside from the food and beverage, the Barrel Hall standard set up including trestle tables, bench seating, barrels, stools, crockery, cutlery and glassware are all included.

Venue access is provided 30 minutes prior to the event start time and 30 minutes after the conclusion.  Event duration is dictated by the catering package.

Felons Barrel Hall being a hospitality venue is already styled like a modern Australian take on a German beer hall.  We do not provide any additional styling or theming; you are welcome to bring in a supplier for any additional items including centrepieces that you require for your event.

We can provide round tables and banquet chairs in lieu of our standard trestles and bench seating or even a cocktail style set up in Felons Barrel Hall.  Additional charges apply for the removal and reset of the standard venue furniture.

We can remove the kids play area and table tennis area for a fee, pin ball machines must remain in place.

The flags are a permanent fixture of Felons Barrel Hall and can not be removed or switched for corporate branding.

When you hire Felons Barrel Hall for an exclusive event, you can enjoy full use of the inside areas of the venue.  Please note River Garden and the front deck may still operate to the public.

Security is not required for events (unless determined by risk assessment) however should you wish to have security for your event, we can arrange this at an additional cost.

There are bathrooms located in the basement. All bathrooms within the HSW precinct are provided for events, patrons and general public.
