Located at the New Farm end of the precinct, Ciao Papi is the perfect riverfront location to sit and take in the river views whilst relaxing over a delicious Italian meal.

If you’d like to experience all of Ciao Papi, the restaurant is available for exclusive use Monday to Thursday. Enjoy the whole of Ciao Papi’s charm including the lawn, Nonna’s Table, the Glass House and the Front Deck all combined to provide a unique setting for your event.
Choose your space and your Italian feast, add a beverage package and leave the rest to us.

We can cater to all special dietary requirements and our team are passionate about providing guests with special dietary requirements with an equitable and memorable experience. Dietary requirements are required seven (7) days prior to your event.
Whilst we take the highest care in providing all guests dietary requirements, products such as eggs, gluten, nuts, dairy, pork etc. are used throughout our kitchen and we cannot guarantee that all products that are used will not cause cross-contamination with the guest’s dietary needs.
Each part of Ciao Papi features in-house speakers that play our house music. Additional AV such as microphones for speeches is only permitted in Glass House or Full Venue exclusive hires at an additional cost.
You are welcome to bring a cake for your event. Due to COVID we are unable to store or cut the cake however can provide you with plates and a knife to cut and serve to your guests.
Table layouts are per standard restaurant configuration. Please keep this in mind when allocating guests to tables.
You are welcome to bring some small table decorations for your event however please keep in mind that with menus designed to share, we do require space on the table for food and beverage service.
All section hire bookings should note that during normal operating hours there will be other diners in other areas of the restaurant.
There are bathrooms located within the restaurant. All bathrooms within the HSW precinct are provided for patrons and general public.
