LA DOLCE VITA

See the Main Lawn come alive with a vibrant outdoor grill station, serving up mouthwatering porchetta stuffed focaccia… The ultimate festival fare! Feast on Orazio’s much-loved Rigatoni alla Vodka, rich with tomato, chilli, cream and a splash of vodka. Discover new favourites like orecchiette alla barese, with broccoli, garlic, chilli and pecorino. Or try Sardinian Shell Pasta alla Campidanese, a hearty mix of pork sausage, saffron and tomato sugo.

Just steps away, our Spritz Bar will be pouring a vibrant collection of bold and refreshing takes on Italy’s most iconic cocktails. From classic Spritzes to frozen White Peach Aperol Slushies… The lineup is a lively celebration of citrus, sunshine and spritz culture. And to mark the occasion, Felons Brewing Co. has brewed a crisp Italian Lager which will be available exclusively at the festival.

GIARDINO APEROL

In partnership with Aperol, Ciao Papi Garden will transform into a sun-soaked oasis inspired by the citrus groves and coastal charm of Southern Italy. A dedicated Aperol Spritz Bar will be pouring refreshing spritzes all day long, making it the ultimate riverside spot to sip, snack, and soak up the sunshine with friends.

Adding a touch of indulgence, Gelato Messina will pop up in the Dolce room with delicious Gelato Flavours, inspired by the sweet, sun-drenched flavours of an Italian summer. It’s the perfect treat to enjoy while lounging on the lawn, spritz in hand, with the sounds of Italy floating through the air.

Families are in for a treat too, with a dedicated bambino zone featuring children’s entertainment and open play areas, making FESTA ITALIANA a true event for all ages.
