 Conditions of Entry

1. Entry is open to Australia permanent residents and citizens over the age of 18.

2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

How to Enter

3. To enter, eligible persons must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:

1. Purchase one or more E-Gift Vouchers to the value of at least AUD $100 for any of the following venues:

2. completed the online registration form on the competition landing page

4. Entrants will receive entries into the draw based on the AUD dollar amount spent on eligible E-Gift Vouchers in a single or combined transaction(s).

Example: $100 = 1 entry, $200 = 4 entries, $300 = 9 entries, $400 = 16 entries, $500 = 20 entries.

5. Entries are deemed received when the purchase is recorded in the promoter’s system. The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or incomplete transactions.

Bonus Offer

6. Until 30^th June 2026, purchasers will also receive a bonus $20 E-Voucher for every $100 spent. This bonus offer is subject to separate Gift Voucher T&Cs (https://app.zenglobal.au/zen/Home/Company150/HSW_Gift_Card_Terms_and_Conditions_(Dec_2025).pdf) and does not increase chances of winning beyond the entry allocations described in Clause 4.

Duration of the Competition

7. The competition will commence at 4pm AEST on Monday 11th May 2026 and will conclude at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 30^th June 2026.

Details of Prize

8. One winner will be chosen and will be awarded the following prize:

• A Crystalbrook Vincent gift voucher to the value of AUD $1,000
• A Stanley gift voucher to the value of AUD $1,000
• A CIAO gift voucher to the value of AUD $1,000
• A Felons gift voucher to the value of AUD $1,000
• A Mr Percival’s gift voucher to the value of AUD $500
• A Stan’s Lounge gift voucher to the value of AUD $250
• A Fellini’s Trattoria gift voucher to the value of AUD $250

Crystalbrook Vincent accommodation is subject to availability and blackout periods apply. Once your reservation has been made, Howard Smith Wharves will not be liable for any cost adjustments due to change of mind on dates, or any additional costs or charges associated with your stay.

9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

10. The prize does not include associated costs with redeeming prizes such as travel, transfers or incidental costs. The prize winner will be responsible for these costs.

Date, Time and Place of Draw

12. The winner will be selected randomly using Calculator Soup Random Number Generator, from a list of gift voucher purchasers.

13. The draw will take place on Thursday 2^nd July 2026 at 3pm at the promoter’s head office – 572 Brunswick St, New Farm QLD 4005.

Notification of Winner

14. The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw.

15. The winner consents to the use of their name and Instagram handle for promotional and marketing purposes and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.

No Liability

16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

1. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
2. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
3. iii. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
   iv. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
4. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
5. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; vii. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or viii. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition, or the use of any prize.

17. By entering, entrants are confirming they are over 18 years of age.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during the use of any prize. If requested, the winner, and their guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.

19. The preceding condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

20. The prize winner must respond by 5pm on Friday 3^rd July 2026 or the competition will be redrawn.

21. If the prize is not claimed in accordance with the preceding clause, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10am on Monday 6^th July 2026 at the Promoter’s offices in Brisbane.

22. Should an unclaimed prize draw be necessary, the winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email.

23. The Promoter is Howard Smith Wharves / HSW Nominees Pty Ltd (ABN 19 166 209 874) trading as “Howard Smith Wharves”

Privacy

24. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner and may be used to market its services to the entrant. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at https://howardsmithwharves.com/privacy-policy/

The personal information of the winner may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.

25. In accordance with the provisions of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Queensland), this promotion does not require a permit.
