Inspired by head chef, Louis Tikaram’s travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots, Stanley’s menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit in the world. Frequently Asked Questions
Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
We can cater to all special dietary requirements. Our team is passionate about providing guests with special dietary requirements an equitable and memorable experience. For group menu bookings, dietary requirements are required seven (7) days prior to your event.
Whilst we take the highest care in providing all guests dietary requirements, products such as eggs, gluten, nuts, dairy, pork etc. are used throughout our kitchen and we cannot guarantee that all products that are used will not cause cross-contamination with the guest’s dietary needs.
Can we split our bill?
Our venue offers full table service and our preference is one bill per table, on request we can split payment a maximum of three ways. Should you be seeking to split your bill more than three ways, it is preferable for guests to bring cash on the day.
Can I bring a cake?
You are welcome to bring a cake for a celebration; a $5 per person up to a maximum of $50 cakeage fee applies. We can store, cut and serve the cake to your guests.
Can I choose where I sit?
We offer seating on our covered alfresco deck, inside downstairs and upstairs. If you have a preference, let us know when making a reservation and we will try to accommodate on the day but please be aware it is not guaranteed. Larger group sizes will be seated on adjacent tables.
Can I bring decorations?
We don’t allow balloons or other decorations in our venue due to our sustainability initiative.
Are there bathrooms located close by?
There are bathrooms located within the restaurant. All bathrooms within the HSW precinct are provided for patrons and general public.
Is there wheelchair access?
All sections of our restaurant are accessible.
