Stanley’s philosophy is centred around great food, friends, fishermen and farmers. Inspired by head chef, Louis Tikaram’s travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots, Stanley’s menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit in the world. Stanley’s ethos combines the best produce, mostly sourced locally, supporting our Australian industry with traditional Cantonese flavours. Tikaram’s fresh perspective and mindset of venturing outside the box adds to the unique experience of Stanley.
Reservations are available for groups of any size.
Groups of 8 or more will be required to dine from one of the banquet menus.
