What can a guest experience at our Brisbane Brewery?
Our home is an interactive environment where one can expect to see the sights, smells and sounds of a working brewery by the water. Felons Brewing Co is a place where all walks of life can come drop their shoulders, relax, and enjoy a beer on the river.
Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
We can cater to all special dietary requirements and our team are passionate about providing guests with special dietary requirements with an equitable and memorable experience. For group menu bookings, dietary requirements are required seven (7) days prior to your event.
Whilst we take the highest care in providing all guests dietary requirements, products such as eggs, gluten, nuts, dairy, pork etc. are used throughout our kitchen and we cannot guarantee that all products that are used will not cause cross-contamination with the guest’s dietary needs.
Can we split our bill?
We only split bills a maximum of 4 ways or alternatively, you can use our Me&U beacons for guests to order and pay individually. For groups menus we recommend transferring to one account or bringing in cash on the day!
Can minors attend?
Minors are welcome at all times of the day if they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian. If not, they’ll need to join us as a booking inside our venue, so please contact our reservations team to make a booking.
Where can I park?
Underneath the hotel is a split-level Secure Carpark which should have ample parking for your visit to Felons brewery. Visit the location page for more information about your journey to HSW.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we love all walks of life. Bring your pooch and relax in good company. Please note, furry friends are not permitted inside the venue but are welcome in all outdoor areas.
Please keep in mind we are a busy venue so bring your pet only if they’ll feel comfortable.
Where can I find Felons beer?
We have a takeaway beer fridge in our merchandise store which is positioned to the right of the brewery. You can buy our beer online HERE or use our beer finder.
Can we bring decorations?
We don’t allow any decorations or balloons within our venue. Instead, we let the food, and the beer speak for itself!
Can we bring a cake?
You are than welcome to bring a cake, however, we cannot cut or store it for you. Our team can provide cutlery and plates on the day as required.
Can we book outside?
Our outdoor areas are left exclusively for walk-in customers. We have a huge amount of seating so walk-in anytime no matter what your group size!
Does the brewery serve anything other than beer?
Alongside our amazing Felons beers, we also have a wine and cocktail list with basic spirits available, not to mention our incredible cider and in-house brewed seltzer.
Can we set up a bar tab?
The best way to start a bar tab is through our table ordering system “Me&U”.
Are there bathrooms located close by?
There are bathrooms located within the restaurant. All bathrooms within the HSW precinct are provided for patrons and general public.
Is there wheelchair access?
All sections of our venue besides a small upper deck balcony are wheelchair accessible.
