Located at the New Farm end of the precinct, Ciao Papi’s Italian Kitchen is the perfect spot to sit and take in the river views whilst enjoying a drink, nibble, long-lunch or family dinner.
Reservations for our Italian restaurant are available for groups of any size. To book for a group of over 30 guests, please contact the reservations team on 07 3188 9090 or email contact@ciaopapi.com.au.
Groups of 10 or more will be required to dine from one of the Ciao Papi group menus.
Please be aware that a discretionary 7% service charge is added to the total bill for large reservations.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
We can cater to all special dietary requirements and our team are passionate about providing guests with special dietary requirements with an equitable and memorable experience. For group menu bookings, dietary requirements are required seven (7) days prior to your event.
Whilst we take the highest care in providing all guests dietary requirements, products such as eggs, gluten, nuts, dairy, pork etc. are used throughout our kitchen and we cannot guarantee that all products that are used will not cause cross-contamination with the guest’s dietary needs.
Can we split our bill?
We don’t offer split bills however can place Me&U beacons on the table allowing guests to order and pay separately. For group bookings on our banquet menu, we suggest paying in advance, transferring to one account or bringing cash in on the day.
Can I bring decorations?
We don’t allow balloons or other decorations in our venue due to our sustainability initiative.
Can I bring a cake?
You are welcome to bring a cake for a celebration. We do charge a $3pp cakeage fee (up to a maximum of $60). Please note, we are unable to store or serve the cake. We can assist with plates and cutlery as required.
Can I choose where I sit?
We offer seating on our covered al fresco deck or Glass House over high and low seating. If you have a preference, let us know and we will try to accommodate on the day but please be aware it is not guaranteed. Larger group sizes will be seated on adjacent tables.
Are there bathrooms located close by?
There are bathrooms located within the restaurant. All bathrooms within the HSW precinct are provided for patrons and general public.
Is there wheelchair access?
All sections of our restaurant are accessible.
Do you allow minors to dine?
Ciao Papi welcomes minors to dine with us. Table service will be provided, and no alcoholic beverages will be served to tables of minors that do not have responsible adults present at the table.
