Howard Smith Wharves will be home to an array of dining options by Australia’s most respected chefs and restaurateurs, as well as a bakery, coffee roastery and our on-site brewery Felons Brewing Co.
On the menu? Hold onto your plates… we’ll have a new concept Greek restaurant and bar by Jonathan Barthelmess, the brains behind The Apollo, The Apollo Ginza and Cho Cho San. If you’re fond of Japanese cuisine, Toko Brisbane, by Matt Yazbek, will be a combined restaurant/bar and event space serving izakaya – style Japanese dishes.
And, if that’s not enough for you, Stanley Restaurant and Bar, a 180-seat Asian eatery by restaurateur Andrew Baturo is sure to satisfy!
Quench your thirst at the overwater bar or our on-site brewery. If life only pops when you’re sipping champagne, then we have just the thing for you. The octagon-shaped venue will be set under the historic Story Bridge right over the water; its interior brimming with furniture and objects handpicked by Anna Spiro. The perfect location for an afternoon of cocktails and champagne on the river – cheers to that!
